Token release policy
Vesting that users can understand before they buy.
PHN uses fixed supply, separated operating buckets, visible contract addresses and staged release logic. This page explains what is live, what is funded, and what needs governance or admin action.

Note: the deployed token originally minted fixed buckets on-chain. The operating plan now redirects 10M PHN into the staking reward pool, which is why the public tokenomics page separates staking from the original founder bucket.
Buyer delivery
Presale buyers receive PHN through the presale contract. Epoch pricing starts at $0.02, then advances by cap. Purchase fee is 2% total: 0.25% burn and 1.75% treasury.
